 AgriBusiness Development Program

The Agribusiness Development Program (ABDP) is a hands-on workforce and entrepreneurship training program

powered by The Prolific Achievers Academy. We teach participants how to understand agriculture beyond simply growing food - showing them how agriculture can become a pathway to business ownership, employment, food production, community development, and economic opportunity.

Participants learn by doing - working directly with the land, crops, farmers, entrepreneurs, products, markets, and

businesses that make up Cleveland's local food system.

Why AgriBusiness?

Growing food is only one part of agriculture. The industry also needs business owners, growers, market operators,
product developers, educators, beekeepers, farm managers, food entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
ABDP helps participants see those possibilities while developing practical skills they can continue building on after
graduation.

We aren't just teaching people how to grow food. We're teaching them how to grow opportunity.

Participants complete the experience with hands-on agricultural training, practical agribusiness knowledge, community
connections, and a
Certificate of Completion. Most importantly, they leave understanding that agriculture can be more than something they participate in. It can be something they own, build, and grow.
